Ryan is the mastermind behind the Window Makeover process and the “big-picture guy” for the future of the company. He’s continually developing new products and improving our process to one day reach the goal of making Window Makeover a household name throughout the country.
Craig Harrell
Dir. of Operations – 5 years
Craig is Ryan’s right-hand-man and the work horse behind the operation. He is glue that holds the team together and keeps the customers happy. His tireless efforts and commitment are priceless assets to the company.
Dave Benigni
Dir. Sales and marketing - 3 years
Once again Dave is in the running for salesman of the year! For the past two years Dave has set un-precedented sales records. Not only is he the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, he’s pretty handy with a caulk gun.
Bryan Phillips
Production Manager – 3 years
Bryan runs the shop and all the big fancy tools the rest of us can’t. Bryan has a 20 year career in molding and cabinet manufacturing and no one knows his stuff better than him. Bryan owned his own custom molding company before joining forces with Ryan in 2008.
Eric McIntire – “Mac”
Lead Installer – 2 years
Eric was a career carpenter before coming to Window Makeover. Eric is a rare breed in the construction industry. A guy that shows up on time, is great with people, and cares about his work. Those are hard to find, but we’re glad we found Eric.
Kevin Howard – “K”
Sash Installer/Service – 1 year
This will be Kevin’s second full year with us. Kevin is a master with the sash. He has almost 20 years experience in the window industry and no one knows windows better than him. He’s a big teddy bear with an incredible singing voice.
Kenneth Logan – “Kenny”
Production Assistant – 1 year
Kenny came to us last year from a ten year career in molding manufacturing. He’s been a huge help to Bryan in shop turning out orders in their sleep and he’s fitting in with the team just great!
Jeff Hutson
Management Trainee
Jeff is so new he doesn’t have a nickname yet! Jeff just started with us in April in our new management training program for future store managers. Over the next two years Jeff will be learning all facets of the company from the ground up just like the rest of us did. Customers will find Jeff getting his hands dirty for the next year learning how to do what we do.
Field Installer
Steve is the newest addition to the team, but not lacking in experience. He is a career carpenter with prior window restoration experience. Steve has picked up on our processes very quickly and his quality of work and customer service is impressive. We look forward to great things from Steve and welcome him to our team.
