Ryan is the mastermind behind the Window Makeover process and the “big-picture guy” for the future of the company. He’s continually developing new products and improving our process to one day reach the goal of making Window Makeover a household name throughout the country.

Craig is Ryan’s right-hand-man and the work horse behind the operation. He is glue that holds the team together and keeps the customers happy. His tireless efforts and commitment are priceless assets to the company. With the recent growth of the company and his promotion, Craig is now in charge of all field operations and product distribution.

Production Manager - 4 years
Bryan runs the shop and all the big fancy tools the rest of us can’t. Bryan has a 20 year career in molding and cabinet manufacturing and no one knows his stuff better than him. Bryan owned his own custom molding company before joining forces with Ryan in 2008.
Lead Installer-Indy - 4 years
Eric was a career carpenter before coming to Window Makeover Indianapolis. Eric is a rare breed in the construction industry. A guy that shows up on time, is great with people, and cares about his work. Those are hard to find, but we’re glad we found Eric.
Sash Installer/Service-Indy - 3 years
Production Assistant – 2 years
Kenny came to us from a ten year career in molding manufacturing. He’s been a huge help to Bryan in shop turning out orders in their sleep and he’s become a top performer on the production floor!
Sales Manager- Indy NE- 1 year
Jeff started with us in 2011 as a management trainee learning every facet of the company operations. By starting as an installer last year, Jeff has the experience to “know” what he is selling making him a wealth of information for his customers. Look for Jeff in the Fishers, Geist, Noblesville, and Northeast Indianapolis neighborhoods.
Sales Manager, Indy North – 1 year
Andrew is a life long Carmel resident that comes to us from several years of sales experience in home services and consumer products. Andrew has an unbridled passion for success and with his unique personality and charming good looks, he’s bound to be in the running for salesman of the year.
Sales Manager, Greenwood – 1 year
Cathy, a previous business owner in her own right, has many years of experience in the home improvement industry. Having experienced great success in her own business ventures, Cathy brings a new level of professionalism and seasoned sales experience to the team. Not to mention she knows just about everyone on the planet! Cathy has an electric personality and always has her customer’s best interest at heart.
Field Installer-Indy- 1 year
Steve is the newest addition to the team, but not lacking in experience. He is a career carpenter with prior window restoration experience. Steve has picked up on our processes very quickly and his quality of work and customer service is impressive. We look forward to great things from Steve and welcome him to our team.
